Philip Scott Andrews is an award-winning documentary photographer and filmmaker whose work has appeared in National Geographic, The New York Times, and on Netflix. He specializes in filming in unpredictable and extreme environments - documenting rocket launches in Florida and Kazakhstan, photographing political unrest in the United States, capturing the year-long construction of NASA's newest moon rocket, and designing camera systems on a rowboat for a solo crossing of the Pacific Ocean.

He enjoys overcoming technical and environmental challenges to tell stories of humans living and working at the edge of what is possible.

When he isn't working or traveling he lives in Kentucky with his wife and dog.
